I still have a few pounds of this powder laying around. It was discontinued a while back. It used to be be popular in "Overbore" cartridges like the various 7mm magnums, 300 RUM's, and 264 Winchester magnums. Would this be a good choice for 6.5 PRC reloads?
Can I load H870 pwder in the 6.5 prc?

From my research h870 was replaced by us869, was military pull down from 50 cal machine guns and work best in overcome cartridges best. Powder is close to wc 872, wc860, and aa8700. One forum suggested using aa 8700 data. Iirc data from early 2000 reload Manuel's if you can find one.

I was to understand h870 came from 20mm cannon shells.
