So I finally got out back and blasted up some ladder loads for the pinto. I used some unique with some 215 grain swc.
Also loaded 296 and enforcer with 210 xtp’s 1st time shooting this year…definitely rusty. 25 yards unsupported. Did ring some 8” gongs at 50 yards. Happy to knock some of the cobwebs off.

A couple of 41 magnum kills from this weekend. Both were shot with my Freedom Arms M83 and both were with hand loaded ammo of 210 XTPs over H110.

The hog was Saturday morning and about 55 yards. Perfectly broadside shot and about a 25 yard recovery. The turkey was this morning; the last day of our spring turkey season here in Texas. The turkey was at 20 yards, walking away from me in full strut. Made a perfect Texas Heart Shot and the bird dropped instantly. No meat loss and no trailing.

I just wanted to re-up my membership .
My avatar is my 41 Magnum S&W model 58 .
I have a new .41 Wadcutter mould to try ... NOE #413-215-WC (413432) this design is based on the Lyman 358432 160 gr. wadcutter ... but enlarged to .41 cal. , should be a winner... I got some cast , sized and lubed . Now I just need to get a roundtuitt and get some loaded ... Life keeps getting in the way ...
But I'm making progress !
