reduced velocity

I'm looking for reduced loads. Looking for around 2,000fps or less with 130gr bullets to see what would happen with my 6.5 hunting load out to 400yd and beyond. I could just put the water jugs out to 400yd+ and shot them, but the range I go to only goes to about 330yd where it's flat. Plus...
