Big fat beaver

This booger was eating our rose bushes, which I thought was fairly odd. Having no clue it would actually work, I drug out my coyote trap, cut off a piece of the 6" tree he had also cut down and put some castor on it. Lo and behold, I had him in two nights. He weighed 32.8lbs, 10/22 for scale.

I considered it but at the time (about three weeks ago) I didn't have the time. Caught him on a Sunday and I was heading to the mountains the next day. I have one on the wall of the shop that I bought off Ebay.
